Strip curtains from Door System - a simple and inexpensive room divider which requires very little maintenance. Strip curtains are used to prevent draught, dust, heat, cold and noise while ensuring unhindered transport passage. For instance, it is an obvious solution for livestock farming environments.

Door System supplies strip curtains to industries of all kind. If you wish to install strip curtains inside or in connection with a freezer room, choose curtains of the ”Polar” type. This is a type of PVC which has been developed especially for use in freezer rooms and which will stay soft even at temperatures down to -25 degrees.

Customised solutions to measure

We supply strip curtains made to measure with matching rails and strips. However, you may also order as a “DIY kit”, which lets you customise the system yourself to match your doorway. If the strips tend to stick together when installed in a humid environment, we recommend that you choose the dual-ribbed version. The rib structure ensures that the surfaces are less smooth and consequently less prone to stick together. At the same time, the design is highly wear resistant.

Unique suspension system

Door System has developed its own unique suspension system which makes it easy to install the curtain and replace worn out strips. The suspension system is available in galvanised or stainless steel. The strip curtains are available as a fixed system, but may also be supplied in a side-sliding configuration where the entire curtain slides to one side.

Is your horse cold?

Strip curtains offer an excellent solution for livestock farming units. Whether you have horses, cows, sheep or other animals in your unit, they will quickly habituate to passing the strips. Our customers report that the temperature goes up 5-10 degrees in the loose-house unit after installation of the strips.
